L’Internationale Talks

Recordings of lectures and discussions

Cultural institutions and museums are public and situated. They are important sites for international exchange, yet they primarily serve local communities. There are as many art histories as there are communities. L’Internationale Talks delves into these differences and specificities as an antidote to the illusory belief that one-size-fits-all. When organisations and communities find ways to share views, beliefs and hopes, it may be possible to create a vision of the future in solidarity. In order to respond to today’s challenges, the need for in-depth conversation is urgent and it often begins by returning to collective memories and forgotten utopias.
